David and Joyce were getting ready to have new carpet put into the great room of the River House. So the best idea was the the tile had to go. The carpet people wanted $75 to take it out. After doing the job, he thought it might have been worth it!
Here it is after the sheetrock was up. We thought we had some pictures of David taking up the tile. If we find them, we will come back and post them here. It is a "fun" memory!
